Consultation
Staging Spaces by Kim Schaus will come to your home and for a set fee will give you a written, room-by-room, Consultation report of what needs to be done to Stage your home. After you have completed your “Staging Homework”, I will return return at a set date for an one hour appointment to fine tune all the Staging that has been completed.

Homes up to 1,200 sq. ft. = $350
Homes up to 2,000 sq. ft. = $450
Homes up to 3,200 sq. ft. = $550
Homes larger than 3,200 sq. ft. = $700

Bid
Staging Spaces by Kim Schaus will come to your home, take pictures, and then, off site, compile a bid as to how much it would cost to have your home Professionally ASP Staged. This bid would include rental furniture if needed for the home. Staging Spaces by Kim Schaus has our own inventory. This saves you money by not having to sign longer-term contracts with furniture rental stores. You only pay for the furniture if it is in your house. This also allows for your home to be Staged more precisely to fit the style of your home!

Staging for Living
Ever wonder where to put your artwork? Do you love your furniture but you feel like your room is just not “done” and you are not sure what to do next?
